Are you in for April’s Challenge?

The key to moving our bodies more often isn’t found by making things complicated….it starts with simple & achieveable.

Here's the deets:

Challenge runs: April 6th-April 30th!

Pick one exercise of your choice, preferably something that doesn't need equipment OR you already have what you need at home. It could be squats, push ups, planks, lunges, KB swings etc.

You set a timer for 5 minutes and do as many rounds or reps as you can in that time. For example, your goal could be to do as many push ups as you can in 30 seconds and rest 30 seconds before going again. You can absolutely do these at an incline if you're not ready for floor pushups yet.

Complete at least 1x/week. Each time you complete one of these 5 minute sessions counts as ONE raffle entry.

Must tag me in stories when you complete a workout to receive a raffle entry. You don't have to record the movement, it can just be a picture of you and saying you moved your body!
