LIFTwell Strength Class
A Place for Moms to Get Strong & Build Community
LIFTwell is an 8 week class for ANY mama. Pregnant. Postpartum. And Beyond.
It’s for the mama who wants to get stronger. To resolve core and pelvic health symptoms. Feels clueless on how to pursue her fitness and wants someone she can trust to guide her.
In this class we focus on:
Building total body strength
Core and pelvic floor connection
Improving any core and pelvic health symptoms such as prolapse, diastasis, incontinence, and more!

It’s two monthly payments of $225

-16, one hour classes + 1 make up class each month

-Exercise safely & manage symptoms
-Workouts that meet your body where it’s at
-Community. The LIFTwell crew is a group of women who GET it. They get your season. They are cheering you on in your strength journey. We have quarterly meet ups with the LIFTwell crew to keep building on this wonderful community.

Classes will be held at LivWell's gym in Columbia,TN. (When you sign up, you will receive an email with the address.)
There will be 6am and 9:30am classes on Mondays and Wednesdays starting mid-October.

At this time childcare is not provided, however babies under the age of 1 are welcome.

Each month there’s a designated day for make up classes. Pending class availability, you may also be able to join a different time to make up a class as well.
