What if you didn’t wait until January 1st?

The holidays can be crazy. Many of us put our fitness on hold until January.

We tell ourselves we don’t have enough time. We don’t have enough energy. We just need to make it through December.

And this is where we miss it....we miss the whole point.

If we can keep up with our workouts in an incredibly busy and stressful season... we can do it in any season.

If you want to continue your fitness during this busy time of year, but not sure how, this challenge is for you!

This December challenge includes:

  • 15-20 minute workouts, At-home & minimal equipment needed

  • Two strength workouts and one core/cardio day (Newbie and Experienced program options)

  • Access the workouts through my training app, video demos included

  • Weekly IG Live workouts (exclusive to those who join!)

  • Weekly group check-ins

  • Raffle for a free 1:1 session with me, virtual or in-person. Minimum participation requirement in order to be entered.

This is not just access to workouts. You can get a workout anywhere. It's support as well. I want you to succeed in this! ​

Minimal FitMas: FAQ

  • It is $75, runs 11/29-12/31.

    • 15-20 minute workouts (Designed for at home and minimal equipment)

    • Two strength workouts and one core/cardio day

    • Newbie and Experienced program options

    • Access the workouts through my training app (videos included)

    • Weekly IG Live workouts (exclusive to those who join!)

    • Weekly group check ins

    • Raffle for a free 1:1 session with me, virtual or in-person. Minimum participation requirement in order to be entered.

  • The Newbie program is designed for those:

    • Brand new to strength training

    • Navigating core/pelvic floor concerns or rehab

    The Experienced program is designed for:

    • those who are familiar with strength training

    • feel confident in movements such as planks, impact movements, etc.

    • have a few weights/bands at home

  • You won't be able to switch yourself. However, if you try them out and feel you need to switch, you can email me or message me in my training app and I'd be happy to do that for you!

  • You can do either program with no weights or bands.

    However, there are movements within both programs where you could add load if desired!
