Because Getting to the Gym Isn’t Simple When You’re a Mom

Get Strong. Feel Confident. Train With Support — From Home.

Let’s be real. In the chaos of motherhood, especially in the little years, getting to the gym is not always a practical and sustainable option for you and your family.

Between childcare logistics, nap schedules, school drop offs, and packing everyone up just to leave the house, you’re mentally exhausted before you ever get to the gym.

Let’s lighten your mental load and remove some of the logistics barriers, mama.

Just like the in-person classes, this 8 week virtual class still focuses on: building total body strength, core and pelvic floor connection and improving core and pelvic health symptoms.

But now you get to show up for your fitness in a way that works for you, in your current season.

Catch the live or get the replay later…because inevitably someone refused their nap or had a meltdown.

Registration will officially open on January 5th for the next round of classes. Join my newsletter to make sure you don’t miss it!

  • It’s two monthly payments of $225. If you break that down, it’s about $28/class. However, you’re not just receiving classes, you’re also getting to access the recordings whenever you need.

Stay on track with your own health goals and maintain your mental sanity with the option to complete your workouts on your time.

  • You’ll need a light, medium, and heavy pair of dumbbells or kettlebells. You’ll also need a set of mini bands, like these.

If you’re not sure what weights you need but you already have a few things at home, great! We can work with what you’ve got tor the first few classes and I can make recommendations from there.

I try to keep equipment needs minimal, however, I also want you to be challenged appropriately because that’s where the real strength gains and symptom wins are at!

  • I got you! No one has time to remember where a pesky link is.

You’ll get a google meet link when you register and we will use that same link for all 16 classes.

You will receive class reminders with that link both 24 hours and 1 hour before every class.
